We are proud of our history. Since 1893 Success Business College in Truro has been training people to enter the workforce. We continue to uphold the time-honoured traditions of one-on-one interaction and hands on learning, supportive and friendly administration and small, cozy surroundings. If you require assistance in your search, please contact the admissions office for an accommodations list. Culture and History Truro, formally known as Cobequid was founded in 1703. Truro, the hub town of Nova Scotia, has a population of approximately 15,000. Truro is an important centre of transportation, manufacturing, agriculture and education. Recreation The tidal bore is unique to the Bay of Fundy. Colchester County has four river systems where the phenomenon of the tides rising to over 50 feet can be seen. Shopping Unique fashion boutiques, craft outlets and specialty stores fill the downtown retail area. Three shopping malls are located in Truro for you to enjoy. Transportation A short walk takes you to almost everything Truro has to offer. However, taxis are readily available. For those travelling outside the town, the provincial bus line, Acadian, is only three blocks away from the campus. |
