Faculty & Staff Success Business College has well trained faculty and staff that are experts in their fields. Our staff comes from a variety of backgrounds. William Bezanson Business Administration and Administrative Assistant Bill Bezanson teaches the Business Administration and Administrative Assistant programs at Success. Bill studied at Kings/Dalhousie for two years in Sociology. He also worked for a major bank for 26 years where he held several managerial positions. Since 1998 Bill has been a partner in a financial consulting business providing a full range of financial services to individuals and businesses. Gail Holman Director of Admissions Gail Holman is Director of Admissions at
Success Business College. Prior to accepting this position , Gail
taught numerous courses in various programs at Success over a 6 year period.
Gail has her Teacher Certification (VCT), a number of university credits
at both the former Nova Scotia Teacher's College in Truro and UNB in Fredericton.
She is currently enrolled as a part time student at St. Mary's University
where she has completed her 2nd year of a 4 year Management program. (CIM
designation)
Joanne Hudson Director of Education and Medical Administrative Assistant Joanne Hudson has been the Director of Education
since 1999 at Success Business College and was Vice Principal from 1998
to 1999. Joanne also teaches the Medical portion of the Administrative
Assistant. She has over 10 years experience in the Medical field.
Joanne received her Teacher's Certification (VCT) in 1996 and has taught
at Success for over 6 years.
Nancy Lobban Business Administration Nancy Lobban teaches the Business Administration
program and is the Accounting Instructor at Success. Nancy attended
St. Mary's University where she earned her Bachelor of Commerce with a
major in Accounting. She also earned her her CGA designation in 1999.
Karen MacIntyre Paralegal, Administrative Assistant, Business Administration Karen MacIntyre teaches various courses in the
Administrative Assistant, Business Administration, and Paralegal programs
at Success. She graduated from the University College of Cape Breton
with a Bachelor of Science degree major in Biology and minor in Psychology.
Karen also attended Mount Saint Vincent University and earned her Bachelor
of Education degree. She has also attended St. Mary's University
and received
Evelyn Patriquin Travel and Tourism Evelyn Patriquin teaches the Travel and Tourism
program at Success. Evelyn graduated from the Atlantic Airline School
in Hartford, Connecticut. She has twenty years experience as a Travel
Consultant, and participated in Train the Trainer at Henson College. Evelyn also owned and operated a small business before coming to Success
Business College in 1998.
Gary Rodgers Certified Computer Network Technician (CCNT) Gary Rodgers teaches the Certified Computer Network
Technician program at Success. Gary has over 30 years in the technician
field and has his A+ and CNA certificates in the electronics industry. Gary is an electronics technician, electrically trained, automation control,
and a database programmer.
Crystal Matheson Office Manager/ Accountant Crystal Matheson is the Office Manager/Accountant
at Success Business College. She attended Success Business College
in 1994-95 and also obtained her Advanced Accounting Certificate (Honours)
in 1999.
Andrea Rafuse Student Services Andrea Rafuse attended Success Business College in 1994-95 and began working at Success involved in the Admissions Department. Andrea was recently appointed the Student Services Officer.
